Adherence to IDEST Technical Standards

Our commitment to safety is non-negotiable. Every service is performed by trained and certified technicians and strictly follows the latest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and IDEST (Inspectorate for Diving Equipment Servicing & Testing) protocols. We don't just fix gear; we restore its performance to its original, safe operating condition.

Regulator Service

Your regulator is the core of your life support system and requires preventative maintenance annually. Following IDEST principles, we ensure precision and reliability in every stage of the service.

Our Process for Servicing Regulators

  1. Complete Disassembly & Inspection: Regulators, alternate air sources (octos), and gauge consoles are fully stripped down to the last component for individual inspection.

  2. Ultrasonic Cleaning: All hard metal components are thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic bath to meticulously remove all salt, mineral deposits, and corrosion.

  3. Critical Part Replacement: All sealing and wearing components—O-rings, high-pressure seats, low-pressure seats, and filters—are always replaced with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service kits. We never reuse soft parts.

  4. Precision Reassembly & Lubrication: Components are reassembled, using only the manufacturer-specified lubricants (O2-compatible if applicable) and torque settings.

  5. Diagnostic Tuning to Factory Specs: The regulator is dynamically tuned and calibrated to the precise Intermediate Pressure (IP) and flow rate dictated by the manufacturer's specifications.

  6. Final Testing & Verification: The unit undergoes a full diagnostic flow test to verify breathing performance, followed by a water submersion test in our tank to confirm zero leakage.
